How We Ship
Most orders ship by FedEx or UPS. You can ship collect using your account or we can provide shipping cost quote.
Delivery Terms:
Machines, accessories and spare parts that are in stock in our Pittsburgh, PA warehouse will be shipped within 24 business hours. Any products that are not in stock will be delivered within 6 weeks from the order date or sooner. Our customers will be given updates on those deliveries.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products you may return it any time within 30 days of the date of Sale for a hassle-free refund of the amount paid for the product. We only specify that the product not be used, damaged, missing components or manufacturer's documentation. Refunds do not include shipping costs. On exchange of defective products, Beveler USA INC will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only. Special order or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed an appropriate re-stocking charge. Place your name and order number on the package for efficient identification, and insure all returns for your protection. Please note that we do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods.

For B-line machines demos, please contact us for more details about distributors in your area, that have our B-line demo machines.
UZ-line can be demoed in our Pittsburgh demo center. It is necessary to make a reservation in advance since the availability is limited. Our Canadian customers can reserve their demos with our partner.
Another option is to send us sample material, we will run the test and provide you with a video of the test.
