Chanfreineuse X-PIPE Beveler

Chanfreineuse pour un usinage facile et rapide des tubes à partir de Ø 95 mm (3.75").
Le diamètre maximal du tube n'est pas limité, et l'outil peut être utilisé sur des matériaux plats.
Le mécanisme unique des rouleaux de serrage et de guidage assure un guidage précis et confortable autour de la circonférence du tube usiné ou le long du bord de la tôle.
Le châssis robuste garantit une coupe constante avec un minimum de vibrations possibles et une stabilité sans compromis de l'angle de chanfrein sélectionné.

Cet accessoire est conçu pour fonctionner avec les chanfreineuses B10 Electra, B15 Electra et B15 AIR.
La profondeur du chanfrein peut être réglée en continu, et les valeurs sont lues sur l'échelle intégrée.
Des roulements spéciaux unidirectionnels empêchent tout rebond lors de l'approche du matériau, assurant ainsi un processus de chanfreinage vraiment sûr et confortable.
La valeur d'usinage réglée peut être assurée, et une profondeur de chanfrein constante peut être garantie même sur un grand nombre de tubes.
Grâce au montage unique et flexible des galets, l'outil peut également gérer toutes les irrégularités et imprécisions autour de la circonférence du tube.
La construction légère en aluminium du châssis de la machine garantit une manipulation confortable du produit.
La poignée ergonomique et rotative augmente la productivité du travail et contribue à la sécurité d'utilisation du produit.
